Refund Policy
We want clients to feel comfortable starting with Aristo Agent AI. Eligible services include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below.
7-day guarantee
A refund request may be submitted within 7 days if the service has not been substantially delivered, customized, consumed, or approved by the client.
Custom work
For custom automation, cybersecurity, investigation, reporting, or consulting work, refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, work completed, and resources already allocated.
Non-refundable cases
Completed deliverables, approved milestones, emergency response work, third-party costs, gateway fees, and services already delivered may not be refundable.
How to request
Email support@aristoagent.ai with your payment reference, project name, and refund reason. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
